Deborah Clark joined FortyEighty Architecture in 2006, and brings over twenty years of experience as an award winning architect and manager to our project teams. Her diverse project experience includes multi-family housing, public, cultural, education, health care, laboratory, senior living and religious facilities. These projects have ranged from master planning, modernization renovations, adaptive reuse of historic structures, to new high-rise structures and communities. This experience has been refined and balanced in a variety of architectural firm environments, from a small firm focusing on local/community efforts to one of the twenty largest architectural firms in the world.

Deborah is particularly skilled at the comprehensive management of technically demanding and complex projects of all scales and building types. Her design process begins with thoughtful and responsive programming and continues through the efficient and rigorous development of design documents and concludes with her effective follow through to construction completion.

In addition to her FortyEighty architectural project work, Deborah remains dedicated to the continued development of her skills and the sharing of her extensive knowledge of management systems by working to research and develop sustainable design, computer added design/data, and project management systems for the firm. Balanced with lessons learned critical analysis, these resources and tools assist the 40 80 project teams, from the perspective of their day-to-day needs to long-term planning objectives.
